Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Provide personalized product recommendations (checking, savings, loans)
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Adhere to bank security protocols and compliance regulations
- Cross-sell banking services and promote digital banking solutions
- Participate in branch operational tasks and community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
