Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits and regulatory filings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and recommend strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial reporting software and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
