Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports with clear visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead monthly close processes and variance analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate or investment setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA designation highly valued
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in flexible work environments with minimal supervision
