Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with tax specialists on quarterly filings and compliance
- Mentor junior accountants and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
