Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to inform business strategy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Develop variance analysis models and identify operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning processes
- Create financial models for investment analysis and capital allocation
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation support
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
