Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Develop comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects as requested by senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and pivot tables
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
