Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasting tools for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
