Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic business planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate budgets and monitor spending against those budgets.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain and update internal financial systems and documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to non-financial audiences.
- CFA, CMA, or CPA certification is a plus but not required.
