Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and capital projects.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor budget versus actual performance and perform variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
