Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic plans and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Utilize advanced Excel modeling and financial software to project future financial scenarios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
