Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their unique financial goals and needs.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive, customized financial plans covering retirement, estate, tax, and risk management strategies.
- Investment Management: Manage client portfolios, execute trades, and continuously monitor market performance to ensure optimal asset allocation.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all advice, sales presentations, and documentation adhere to strict SEC regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on economic trends, industry shifts, and financial products to provide informed, actionable advice.
- Business Development: Actively market services through networking events, community outreach, and seminars to drive new client acquisition.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reviews and financial reports to clients to maintain transparency and trust.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6) licenses; Series 63 required in MI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related sales role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail).
- Sales Drive: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and the ability to work independently in a sales environment.
