Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Streamline budgeting processes and monitor expense controls
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects and initiatives
- Present findings to leadership through clear visual dashboards and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
