Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Create detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI presentations for leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support operational improvements
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
