- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for departmental and organizational use
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive presentations highlighting key financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or banking environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
