Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare insightful reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
