Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare variance analyses and explain discrepancies between projected and actual performance
- Support investment decisions through comprehensive risk assessment and ROI calculations
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
