Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Conduct variance analysis to explain financial performance against projections
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accurate reconciliations
- Present financial insights to stakeholders using compelling visual dashboards
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actionable improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience preferred
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
