Your Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence. Your work will directly influence our budgeting processes and long-term strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, to explain variances between actual and forecasted results.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support business planning and capital budgeting.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and support rolling forecasts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
