Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business strategy
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for departmental initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports including variance analysis and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational improvements
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support investment decisions and risk assessment
- Present financial findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
