Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Present financial insights through executive dashboards and presentation materials
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA and complex modeling
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Bloomberg)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
