Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis and budget vs. actual reporting
- Support strategic initiatives through cost-benefit analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
- Maintain accurate financial databases and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
