Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts for departmental initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, variance analysis, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
- Maintain and optimize financial databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting complex financial concepts to stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
