Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed executive reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance
- Conduct variance analysis and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
