Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data and trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare detailed budgets and monitor departmental spending against financial plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency initiatives
- Create executive-level financial presentations and dashboards for leadership review
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- CFA or MBA preferred
