Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop sophisticated financial models for scenario planning and valuation
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
