Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasting tools.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA or CPA designation is a strong plus.
