Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and budget planning.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial stakeholders.
