Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Develop complex financial models to support capital allocation decisions and ROI analysis.
- Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide real-time financial insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and SQL is required.
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
