Responsibilities
- Conduct Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, operating forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor variances between actual results and budgets, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Reporting: Create clear and concise presentations for senior management regarding financial performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with financial modeling software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into understandable formats.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
