Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the budgeting process and forecast revenue and expenses accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Develop presentations and dashboards to visualize complex financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
