Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions and capital budgeting initiatives.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget performance and identify areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future financial scenarios and assess risk.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, GAAP, and corporate accounting principles.
