In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) department, ensuring our financial health and guiding executive leadership through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecasts to identify trends and risks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and provide actionable financial insights.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) is required.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
