Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex financial data clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
