Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Create and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to improve cost efficiency
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI presentations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support M&A activities due diligence and valuation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
