Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted projections, providing actionable insights to management.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to support strategic business decisions and capital allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and ensure accurate data collection for financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial presentations, including executive summaries and board decks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular performance reports.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and data analysis workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial modeling software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
