Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multiple business units
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market research and competitive analysis
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
