Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to support business decisions
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast variances
- Develop financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
