Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual performance
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency initiatives
- Present complex financial information to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
