Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Identify trends and anomalies in financial performance to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare detailed presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience with exposure to reporting and modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
