Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized client consultations on banking products
- Resolve complex account inquiries using problem-solving frameworks
- Execute cash management procedures including vault balancing
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for loans and investment services
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations
- Collaborate with branch leadership to optimize service workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume environments
- Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering protocols
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Valid Oregon state security clearance
