Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to C-suite
- SQL or Python experience for data manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
