Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and investment decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong experience with financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
