Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and variance analysis to support operational decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support M&A activities and due diligence processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
