Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and planning cycles
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects for strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Maintain and optimize financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
