Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis for business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to predict revenue and expenses
- Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and monitor spending
- Present financial insights to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
