Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitor budget variances and provide detailed variance analysis to management.
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Conduct research and present findings on market trends and competitive analysis to stakeholders.
- Support audits and ensure all financial documentation is organized and accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
