Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in banking or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
