Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Monitor KPIs and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis for M&A activities and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
