Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify operational inefficiencies
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations for senior leadership
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department heads
- Collaborate with FP&A team to refine budgeting processes
- Prepare SEC filings and regulatory compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and process documentation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills
- Proven track record of presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
