Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop detailed financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and market expansion
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
